Abstract Magazine is a 72 page magazine which focuses on Fashion, Beauty and Entertainment. It was founded in 2002 by its Editor in Chief, C.E.O. of Abstract Publishing Mr. Anthony Gomez. It was born out of a need to promote the models he nurtured under his previous venture as founder of Fairgrounds International model agency.
From the very first issue (in December 2002), though utilizing mainly local talent Abstract magazine was on par with international standards. Since then, the magazine has gone from stride to stride in becoming one of the Caribbean’s hottest and most respected magazines. Since then, the magazine has featured some of the biggest names in fashion, beauty and entertainment worldwide from international models Tommy Dion and Oraine Barrett to US makeup artist Sam Fine and dancehall sensation Mr. Vegas. The magazine is also known for having the last published interview with the late Onika Bostic.
This magazine has become the flagship of Abstract Publishing with Abstract Home, Abstract Bridal, the Abstract Business Guide and ETNT Weekly being borne of its predecessor’s success.
ET&T Magazine
ET&T is a fortnightly publication which holistically documents local entertainment in the form of news, celebrity interviews and events coverage. The magazine has been in existence since 2007. All aspects of Trinidad and Tobago’s multi-faceted culture are encompassed within the contents of this publications pages and it has received praise from various entities that have become familiar with it around the region.
